Prime offices co-investment in Amsterdam

Just before year’s end, the consortium led by our partner Boelens de Gruyter, has secured two prime office properties at Overschiestraat 184 and 186 in Amsterdam. The buildings offer a total gross floor area of approximately 8,000 m², situated on a plot of about 5,400 m², and include 143 surface parking spaces.

Situated in the Schinkelkwartier, a buzzing transformation area near Sloterstrip and Riekerpark, the fully leased properties are already playing their part in this up-and-coming urban hub.

In this exciting redevelopment Globitas Capital acted as co-investor. This transaction was guided by Holdinga Matthijssen Kraak and Lexence N.V. for legal expertise, while QB Management will take charge of asset management.
