Earlier today we've announced that we've reached an agreement on the intended acquisition of The Social Club. This transaction strengthens the position of our portfolio company MPG. Group as the leading Dutch content marketing group and is enabling it to take another step to a full-service network of content and brand publishing agencies. Together with the previously acquired SOCIAL.INC, The Social Club will form an innovative social media hub within the group.
This transaction extends our team's strong track-record in the media sector, where we continue to play a very active role as a value-add investor.
